GTA 6 Delivers Next-Gen Graphics and Performance on PS5 and PS5 Pro – Will it Touch 60fps?
GTA 6 pre orders have already been launched on June 25 for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. A rumor on social media reveals “GTA 6 has reportedly surpassed 39 million pre-order sales and $3 billion in revenue.” While it is just a rumor, it could be a possibility also based on the ongoing hype for the game. Right now, a post on Gaming subreddit showcases some additional GTA 6 details as revealed by Brazilian retailers. These leaks come from a GTA 6 listing on Amazon Online Store in Brazil, where the retailers have posted some more details about the expansive map and its optimal performance on PS5 and PS5 Proc consoles.
GTA 6 Amazon Brazil Listing- What All is Revealed?

This new GTA 6 listing on the Amazon Brazil Store reveals that GTA 6 is available to play on November 19, 2026, with advance delivery. The format in which the game would be provided is a physical version of the game with a Code in the box, and all pre-orders and purchases of Grand Theft Auto VI made before November 20th will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack, a collection of items reminiscent of the era when neon shone brightest. However, all this has already been revealed by Rockstar Games, but what is new in the listing is the description of the expansive map of GTA 6. The post reveals “Explore Vice City, beaches, swamps, small towns, and various regions of Leonida.”
The new Amazon listing also reveals that the players would be able to switch between Jason and Lucia while playing. GTA 6 based on the listing takes the players to a vibrant world, where they will experience NPCs with their own routines, random events, interactive establishments, and a greater sense of immersion. The listing also mentions the presence of in-game mobile phone, which allows the players to watch viral videos, follow influencers, and discover world events. The most important past in the whole Amazon listing is the mention about Next-Gen graphics, which bring advanced lighting, dynamic weather, more natural animations, and a high level of detail in environments.
Another GTA 6 listing by a Portuguese retailer, describes GTA 6 as “Grand Theft Auto VI redefines the concept of open-world (sandbox) gameplay. Explore the most massive, dense, and insane map ever created by Rockstar Games. Traverse the neon-lit streets of a pulsating Vice City, dominate dangerous swamps, crowded beaches, and realistic suburbs that cover the state of Leonida from end to end. Every inch of the scenery has been designed to deliver brutal immersion and total freedom. However, the best part of the entire post is about the next-gen graphics of the game, which reveals “Next-Gen Graphics and Performance on PS5 and PS5 Pro Developed natively to extract maximum power from Sony’s hardware, GTA 6 delivers breathtaking visuals. The updated graphics engine features: Advanced Ray Tracing”. This sounds interesting, and it also makes PS5 and PS5 Pro the best consoles to play GTA 6.
Will GTA 6 Run at 60fps on PS5 Pro?
We all already know that parts of GTA 6 trailer have been made to run on a base PS5, and this fact has been confirmed by Rockstar Games themselves. However, experts at Digital Foundry had tested the performance of GTA 6 trailer 1 on different consoles, and they had confirmed that GTA 6 will touch 30fps on base consoles. When it comes to PS5 Pro, we have some PS5 Pro games that deliver an exceptional 60 fps on the console, but it looks difficult for a technically challenging game like GTA 6 to touch that performance level on the console. The CPU of PS5 Pro is not a major improvement over PS5, and this will also restrict it from running GTA 6 at 60fps. However, for an open world game like GTA 6, a lot of gamers would choose fidelity over performance, as visual realism and image clarity are the two most wanted features for a next level gaming experience while playing GTA 6
GTA 6 will run smoothly on PS5 and PS5 Pro. PS5 Pro might also run GTA 6 at 30fps but, this current-gen console aims to bridge the gap between performance and fidelity by using AI upscaling like DLSS. Right now, the fans are waiting to enter the immersive world of GTA 6 and play the game with its next-gen graphics on their PS5 or PS5 Pro consoles.
